We will activate new sample submission forms on the internet as soon as possible. The combination of SCID and CA can be ordered by selecting the test code P837; the price for the combination of both tests is Euro 115.00 excl. VAT. If you want to submit samples using the current version of the sample submission form, please add this test code manually (by handwriting).
